OLOK School Christmas Post Box

Tuesday 10 December — Friday 13 December

There will be a special letterbox outside the school office for children to post their cards and letters to their school friends in.

Please make sure the envelopes are sealed and have the recipient's name (including surname) and room number (please use their old room numbers to avoid confusion) clearly written on them. The mail will be collected each day by our special “elves”, sorted and delivered to the classrooms by the end of the day.

The Levin Little Theatre's upcoming production of Alice in Cuckoo Land is a family-friendly interactive comedy that is sure to please all ages. The evil Queen of Hearts is determined that Christmas will be banned from her realm and has locked Santa in the dungeons - can Alice and her friends free Santa and save Christmas?

Before the matinees from 1pm there will be a Mad Hatters Tea Party - with high tea and entertainment, wear your wackiest hat and you could win a prize.

It's summer, which means the Kāpiti Kids Summer Reading Challenge is back!

Join Kāpiti Libraries on an art and knowledge adventure about our native bird friends through the Summer Reading Challenge. We’re challenging all primary-aged tamariki to get lost in a good book this summer with our Summer Reading Challenge! The challenge encourages Kāpiti tamariki to read, and do fun reading-related activities.

Let your Summer Reading Challenge take flight following the journey of our Kererū. Register your young readers and come along to the free and fun check-in sessions, with story times, crafts, and a chance to complete reading challenge activities and go in the prize draw for a $250 gift voucher.
